Internet Protocol (IP) Address
An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer every time you browse the Internet. When a user requests a page from www.[SportsConnection].com, our servers log the user's current IP address. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems. We do not link IP addresses used to browse www.[SportsConnection].com to anything personally identifiable unless you open a Station Casinos Sports Connection account or log into the website. Sports Connection Account Application. Before using a Station Casinos Sports Connection wagering account, we will ask you to fill out an application. By completing the application, you are providing us with personal and non-personal information that we may share within Station Casinos' family of companies and also with other and unrelated companies. Providing this information is voluntary. When you submit a Station Casinos Sports Connection application, you authorize Station Casinos to share, transmit, and/or store your nonpublic personal information and other information about you. Sports Connection Mobile. If you use any of Station Casinos Sports Connection's web, phone, or mobile applications, nonpublic personal information about you may be shared with companies outside of Station Casinos. One of the Sports Connection Services is a free mobile-wagering application or "app" for use only in Nevada. Once we verify the information in your Station Casinos Sports Connection wagering account application, and you open and fund your wagering account, we will give you instructions on how to download Station Casinos Sports Connection's mobile-wagering app for your wireless device from one of the participating app stores, such as Android ("Mobile App Distributors").
Station Casinos' Use of Information
We treat the nonpublic personal information you provide to us as confidential information; it is, accordingly, subject to our company's security procedures and strict corporate policies regarding protection and use of confidential information. Information is generally processed and stored in the United States. We use some of your nonpublic personal information and other information about you for direct marketing to you. In addition, the personal information you provide to us for opening a Sports Connection account is made available to the applicable Sports Connection representative for the purpose of reviewing your request to open an account, and also is used to provide you Sports Connection Services. If we are not able to open an account for you, the information is stored for record-keeping purposes only and is typically not accessed again.
If You Use Sports Connection Mobile, Station Collects and Stores Location Information. Sports Connection Mobile accesses your wireless device's GPS and other location information associated with the wireless device. You have no expectation of privacy concerning your location when using Sports Connection Mobile. The location of your wireless device is information made available to and used by Station Casinos and its vendors. In particular, your location is verified when you log into your account using Sports Connection Mobile and when you place a wager using Sports Connection Mobile. This location information is used to verify that you are in the State of Nevada, and it may be stored by Station or its service providers for approximately five (5) years, or as otherwise required by Nevada Gaming Commission regulations. Your location information will not be used for any other purpose.
Data and other information about your location, wireless device, computer system, and application software is gathered periodically to provide Station Casinos Sports Connection wagering, software updates, product support, and other services related to Sports Connection Services. Station Casinos, its subsidiaries, its affiliated companies, third-party vendors (such as wireless carriers, technology developers, service providers, and advertisers), third-party merchant banks, and Mobile App Distributors may collect, use, and disclose location information, nonpublic personal information (including, for example, your name, postal and email addresses, telephone number, Station Casinos Sports Connection account number, device number, and your payment-card number and related information for processing credit card and debit card transactions that you authorize), and non-personal information about you to improve products or to provide services or technologies to you.
Third Party Use and Links to Other Sites
E-mail Community and Opt-Out
It is our intention to only send you e-mail and other advertisement communications that may be useful to you and that you want to receive.
